Final Thoughts

What a semester it has been. On paper, it appeared it would be easier than my previous two at the college, but once things got rolling, my time management skills were really put to the test. With three semester group projects and one individual one, I definitely had my work cut out for me. Initially, I tried to balance these projects solely on my previous experience with multiple projects at once. But things were not really working out and I was barely keeping up. This class emphasized that mindset, and then added the elements of the skills we needed to focus those mindsets into something great! It has certainly been unlike any other class I have taken in college, but what did I expect since it was in the Design Studio?! While it took me some time to realize its benefits, reflecting now, I see how it has added value to both my problem solving creative thinking and the tools needed to be able to communicate with others to find the best possible solution to a problem. It all starts with Discover…
